beMetriq is an advertising and growth analytics dashboard that agencies use to give their clients a shared view of advertising and website performance. This policy explains what data we process, why, and the rights you have.
We do not request posting, spending, or write access to your advertising accounts — only reporting/read access.
beMetriq's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google account data accessed through Search Console or Google Ads is used only to display performance data and generate insights inside your workspace — never for advertising, and never shared with other applications.
Data accessed through Meta Ads (via Meta's official APIs) is used only to display and analyze your own advertising performance inside your workspace, in line with Meta's Platform Terms. We do not use this data to build audiences for other clients or for advertising purposes.
Where UK GDPR / EU GDPR applies, processing is based on the performance of a contract with the agency and client that invited you, and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service. Where Turkish data protection law (KVKK) applies, the same categories of legal basis apply under KVKK Art. 5.
We keep connected-platform performance data for as long as your workspace is active, or until you disconnect the relevant account. Account information is kept until your workspace is closed. Data may be retained longer where required by law.
We use the following categories of sub-processors to operate beMetriq: database and authentication infrastructure hosted in the EU (Supabase), edge network and hosting (Cloudflare), payment processing where applicable (Stripe), and AI model providers used to generate insights and summaries. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact info@bemetriq.com.
You can disconnect any connected advertising or analytics account at any time from your workspace settings; this immediately stops beMetriq from reading further data from that account. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email info@bemetriq.com with your workspace name — we will confirm deletion within 30 days.
beMetriq's marketing pages (including this one) do not use cookies or tracking scripts. The product dashboard may use essential session cookies required to keep you signed in.
beMetriq is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time; the current version is always published at this address.
