These terms govern your use of beMetriq, an advertising and growth analytics dashboard. By signing in to beMetriq, you agree to these terms.
beMetriq lets you connect your advertising and analytics accounts (such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Shopify) so you can view performance data and AI-assisted insights in one dashboard.
Access to beMetriq is provided through an agency that invites you to a workspace. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for the accuracy of the connections you authorize.
Your agency invites you and manages your workspace. You choose which of your own advertising and analytics accounts to connect, and you can remove any connection at any time from your workspace settings. beMetriq only reads reporting data from accounts you explicitly authorize; we do not act on your behalf on third-party platforms.
You agree not to: misuse the service to access data you are not authorized to see, attempt to circumvent access controls, or use the service in a way that violates the terms of any connected platform (Meta, Google, Shopify, or others).
Your use of connected platforms remains subject to that platform's own terms (for example, Meta's Platform Terms and Google's API Services User Data Policy). beMetriq is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party platforms.
Insights, summaries, and recommendations generated by beMetriq are provided for informational purposes only. They are suggestions, not guarantees, and should not be treated as financial, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for decisions made based on this output.
Fees for beMetriq are set out in the agreement between you and the agency that invited you. beMetriq does not bill end clients directly unless otherwise agreed.
Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated, if your agency ends your workspace, or if required to comply with a connected platform's policies. You may stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time.
beMetriq is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, BEEARCOM LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including decisions made based on AI-generated insights.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
